Introduction: Development of physical education and sport as a healthy underlying to provide manpower training is part of national development plans. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the indicators of intra-school sport Olympiad growth by the prospect of school principals and physical education teachers of department of education in Kerman city.
Methodology: The population of present study included all physical education teachers and school principals in Kerman city. A questionnaire-based method was used. Also The reliability of questionnaire and all of the variables were analyzed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In present research, data analysis was conducted by SPSS software and Simple Linear Regression (method of Enter) was used to examine the relation between independent and dependent variables. Also using this method, the equation between the dependent and independent variables was obtained.
Results: The results of study were representative of a significant relation between the aforementioned variables. It simply means that the effectiveness of physical education teachers and school principals on the attraction of students to sport activities had a significant impact on the growth of intra-school sport Olympiad. Furthermore, grant facilities on behalf of the Ministry of Youth and Sports as well as Ministry of Education in order to improve the quality of physical education course in schools had a significant effect on the growth of intra-school sport Olympiad.
Discussion: It can be concluded that training human force significantly influenced the growth of intra-school sport Olympiad as well.
