Introduction: The world's greatest investments spent to choose good people and good managers. Because if a person deserves to be at the head of affairs can make a difference in the society.
Methodology: In this paper we surveyed teacher’s physical education selection in Iran in comparison with United States of America & Canada. In fact research statistical community indicated that between comparative methods teaching education system in America, Canada & Iran are same teaching education system in course of physical education in those countries. Researches utilized Jorje Brady method among comparative methods. This method consisted of 4 levels: 1- Description 2- Commentary 3- Neighborhood 4- Comparison. Also, information gathering source were internet & selection of teachers guideline in course of physical education of all those countries gathered as a field and then analysed.
Results: Results demonstrated that in selection of countries physical education teacher having a teaching certification, obtaining an acceptable score on the test and spend one or two years of pre-service teaching are necessary for training courses. In these countries, teachers and young people have good social and economic position with respect to this job, so in these countries there is no limitation to select talented people and elites. But in Iran teachers' job has not such place in society and this can be difficult for the authorities in the selection of talented and elite. Moreover, the motivation and interest in the selection of teacher candidates in mentioned countries are the factors of selection which in Iran educational system of teacher motivation and self-actualization and interested volunteers are not considered.
Discussion: The most important outcome of this research is that physical education teacher training programs of Iran should be established with a broad perspective. Conditions of teacher certification, passing complementary courses, secrets of class leading incorporate our selection system more efficiently.
