Introduction: The aim of study was to design and develop the strategy of women championship sport in Guilan Province.
Methodology: For this purpose, descriptive and case study methods were used. The statistical community of research included youth and sport office staff, coaches, referees, deans and champions in the province. The sample involved in 40 person, due to the limited statistical population, was selected as a whole through the research. To gather information, we used library resources, literature review, interviews and questionnaires. After preparing the questionnaire depending on the context and study guideline, content validity was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.85. Friedman test was used to classify the indexes and IFE and EFE matrices were used to determine the criteria of classification of women championship sport status.
Results: The results showed that the high potential talents (Mean Rank=5.5) was in faculties sector, space, facilities and sport equipment (Mean Rank=5.49) were in the shortcomings, the number of well-educated women (Mean Rand=3.4) was in the opportunities, and the lack of exercises due to economic and livelihood problems was as threats (Mean Rank=6.34).
Discussion: In general, after drawing and planning the matrix division of IFE & EFE, the women championship status in Guilan province was on the region of WT. The results showed that to get out of this impasse, defensive strategies should be used.
