Introduction: This study aimed to assess the health and safety of multi-purpose sports hall in the KermanCity in 2014. This study is based on the purpose of application and data processing method based on descriptive - survey is that the method of data collection was carried out.
Methodology: For this purpose, the safety and health status characteristics questionnaire and hall questionnaire contained 122 questions with 5-point Likert scale was used. The population consisted of 47 multi-purpose sports hall which 9 were excluded from the study hall because of the lack of cooperation. Due to the small population size hall, multi-purpose sports, a sample is equal to the population selected or in other words by census sampling was used and therefore all 38 Hall multi-purpose sports as the sample were selected (N=n). Descriptive statistical methods for classification of raw scores, the design of the distribution and dispersion indices such as mean and standard deviation were calculated. Inferential methods were used to test the hypothesis. In this regard, first, to assess the normality of the distribution of the test Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used. Due to the non-normal data, non-parametric chi-square test was used. The level of significance was determined P≤0.05. It should be noted that all statistical operations using SPSS software version 22 was to draw charts from Microsoft Excel version 2010 was used.
Results: The results showed that the in safety construction of multi-purpose sports hall component in Kerman 68.2 percent of average and higher status, in the seating, platforms and coating components 62.1 percent of situation above average, the third component of equipment, materials, lines and buffers components 79.17% of the respondents are of average and above and the component health status of the 69.51% of the average, have relatively favorable and desirable.
